Refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased product, contact us at contact@threatmanifest.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.
Accuracy
Digital products are produced in good faith and reflect current framework requirements at the time of publication. Framework requirements change. Threat Manifest is not responsible for outcomes arising from use of outdated product versions. Check the version date on any purchased document before use.
6. Consulting Services
Consulting enquiries submitted via this site are not binding agreements. Submission of an enquiry form does not create a consulting relationship, obligation, or contract.
A consulting engagement only begins when both parties have agreed in writing (via email or formal agreement) on scope, deliverables, and terms.
